By submitting content through the Service (such as caregiving challenges or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate your submissions to improve our Service. We will not publicly identify you without your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MN Mama Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
