Help ChatGPT or Claude find LightWell Care resources

If you already use an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, you can connect it to LightWell Care so it can find relevant public caregiver resources when you ask caregiving questions.

The connection helps your AI assistant discover factual information from LightWell Care, including caregiver articles, educational resources, tools, and ways to learn more.

It does not give an outside AI assistant access to your private LightWell Care assistant conversations or personal caregiving records.

Use this address when a compatible AI assistant gives you the option to add an MCP server or custom connection.

Three steps

  1. Open your AI assistant's connector settings

    In ChatGPT or Claude, look for Connectors (sometimes called Apps or Integrations) in settings, and choose to add one.

  2. Paste the LightWell Care address

    Use https://lightwell.care/mcp when your assistant gives you the option to add an MCP server or custom connection.

  3. Ask it something

    Try asking it to find a LightWell Care article about a caregiving topic, or for public LightWell Care resources.

What this connection does not do

The LightWell MCP is separate from the personalized LightWell Care AI assistant experience.

It does not:

  • read private LightWell AI assistant conversations
  • access personal journal entries
  • access private medication lists or appointments
  • import the specialized knowledge or instructions used by the LightWell Care AI assistants
  • provide medical advice
  • replace healthcare or social-service professionals

No. This public MCP connection should not be described as accessing private LightWell notes, assistant conversations, medications, appointments, or personal care records.
